ORGANISER’S GUIDE
The new and contemporary Tondiraba Ice Hall is a unique place for organising events. The hall comprises a 5,840-seater main arena and three practice halls. The main arena is suitable for practices and competitions of:
- figure skating
- ice hockey
- volleyball
- handball
- gymnastics
- other sports
The model main arena is ideally suited for hosting concerts, plays, conferences and other events, because particular attention has been paid to achieving an enjoyable acoustic effect.
The main area includes 5,840 permanent seats. An additional 1,780 chairs can be added for a theatre-style concert. The main arena is surrounded by 12 VIP rooms and a 74-seater restaurant.
The two other practice halls at the Tondiraba Ice Hall can be used for figure and speed skating and playing ice hockey. The third hall is created especially for practising and competing in curling. There are 3 lanes on the curling field.
Conference rooms
In addition to practice halls and the main arena, Tondiraba Ice Hall also includes a conference room that can be turned into two rooms, if necessary. The room is suitable for organising training sessions, conferences, birthdays, press conferences, etc. Catering can be done in the 74-seater restaurant located in the same building. Alternatively, catering can be ordered to a required location.
The building is surrounded by a parking lot for 500 vehicles.
Athletes and visitors with special needs
have access to every floor with an elevator and wide corridors. The main arena, VIP rooms and locker rooms also have wheelchair access.
