Useful information

Before coming to Tondiraba Ice Hall, we recommend familiarising yourself with the information and advice under “Useful information” – this helps to prevent unexpected situations on site and make chores associated with attending events easier.

Tickets information

Tickets for events held at the Tondiraba Ice Hall can be purchased on site or via the Piletilevi sales network across Estonia, depending on the event. Because the sale of tickets is organised differently for events, detailed information about the sale of tickets is available in the event schedule separately for each event.

NB! Ticket offices in Tondiraba Ice Hall are closed when there are no events. Purchasing tickets on site is available only immediately before the event, starting at the time of opening the doors indicated on the ticket.

Transport and parking

Tondiraba Ice Hall is situated in the Tondiraba residential area in Lasnamäe District. Access to the Hall is quick and easy with a car or public transport. The Hall is surrounded by an illuminated parking lot for 500 vehicles. Parking is free in the parking lot. Depending on the event, the scale and nature of it, the regular organisation in the parking lot may change. Please follow the instructions of security guards in the parking lot.

There are also fast and convinient Public Transportation option. Buss stop called “VIRBI” for buses Nr. 19, Nr.44, Nr.51 and Nr.65 is situated next to Tondiraba Ice Hall. Watch public transport timetable here.

Entrance and moving around

During events, access to the building is provided through both main doors (entrance A and B), according to the time of opening the doors indicated on the ticket. Due to security and ticket check for visitors at the entrance, please arrive as early as possible to avoid potential queues before the start of the event. Entrance to the event with one ticket is usually one-time only, which means that going back and forth in the Hall during the event may be restricted with the rules established by the event organiser.

Visitors in wheelchairs should use the entrance marked A to access the building. This entrance also includes an elevator that can be used to go to other levels of the building. Seats for visitors in wheelchairs and their companions are located on the first level, in sectors A4 and B1. These sectors have special wheelchair seats (total 14 seats) and 14 seats for companions. People with special needs that are not in wheelchairs and their companions also have seats in sectors A4 and B1. There are 66 seats in total.

The wheelchair seats and seats for visitors with special needs have special tickets (in case of events with allotted seats) that enable visitors with special needs to enter the event with a companion, who is not required to purchase an additional ticket. The companion has a seat in the immediate vicinity of the visitor with special needs.

NB! The right to purchase a ticket for a visitor with special needs is based on a document verifying disability, which is checked at the entrance. Depending on the nature of the event and/or number of visitors, some areas or levels may be closed to the public. Due to evacuation requirements, access outside the level where the visitor’s seat or standing point is located may be restricted.

Cloakroom and luggage storage

There is no permanent cloakroom and luggage storage in the vicinity of the main arena of Tondiraba Ice Hall. In order to give the visitors an opportunity to store their outerwear, mobile cloakrooms are open during larger events. Depending on the nature of the event and/or number of visitors, the cloakroom may be partially or fully closed and/or removed. The cloakroom does not storage luggage. The fee for storing outerwear is 1 euro. The price does not depend on the duration of storage.

Cash and payments

In Tondiraba Ice Hall, all services (ticket sale, food and beverages, cloakroom, souvenirs, etc.) can usually only be paid for in cash (excl. in the restaurant).
There is no cash machine in the building to withdraw cash. The closest cash machines are located in Lasnamäe Centrum and Prisma Peremarket.

Lost and found

Please make your inquiries about items lost during events from Monday to Friday over the phone at +372 602 3200.
Please notice, items found after the events are kept in the administration office for one month after the event took place.

People with special needs
