Practice visitor’s guide
The ground floor of the Tondiraba Ice Hall is built especially for athletes and enthusiasts that do sports.
The ground floor hall includes an administrator’s desk where each visitor has to register. Depending on their route, the administrator will give to the athlete a chip card that opens all the required doors. The cards are programmed according to sectors, ensuring security in the building. The card must be carried on one’s person at all times. Parents and accompanying persons can wait for practising children/companions on the ground floor lobby or restaurant situated on the first floor (NB! The restaurant opens in October 2014). Athletes are prohibited from going to the first floor unless they have a respective permit, for example for warm-up etc.
